About the Event

The primary objective of this program is to create an environment
that nurtures future-ready academic leaders among early-career
faculty members. It aims to foster individual growth and
institutional impact by enhancing core leadership competencies
such as critical thinking, self-awareness, and effective
communication.
With a strong emphasis on ethical decision-making, responsible
use of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, and the
ability to manage conflict and negotiate collaboratively, the
program equips participants to lead with empathy, agility, and
strategic foresight in today’s complex academic landscape.
